Rotary District 3780 successfully conducted the Vibrant Club Workshop on August 1, 2026, at Bulwagang Lapu-Lapu, Camp Crame, bringing together Rotarians from across the district for a morning of learning, collaboration, and leadership development.
Anchored on the theme “Engaging Members to Create Lasting Impact,” the workshop focused on one of Rotary’s most important priorities: building vibrant clubs where members are actively engaged, inspired to serve, and empowered to lead. Through interactive breakout sessions and practical discussions, participants explored strategies to strengthen club culture, foster inclusivity, and cultivate meaningful member experiences that contribute to long-term club sustainability.
The program also highlighted the importance of effectively telling each club’s Rotary story to inspire communities, attract prospective members, and strengthen public image. Participants exchanged best practices, learned from experienced facilitators, and gained fresh perspectives on creating clubs that are welcoming, dynamic, and impactful.
A dedicated session on The Rotary Foundation (TRF) provided valuable insights into District and Global Grants, helping clubs better understand grant opportunities, qualification requirements, and how foundation resources can be leveraged to expand humanitarian projects and community impact.
Designed primarily for Club Presidents, Club Administration Chairs, Public Image Chairs, Membership Development Chairs, and TRF Chairs, the workshop reinforced the vital role of leadership in creating an engaging club environment while remaining relevant to all Rotarians committed to strengthening Rotary’s service mission.
Hosted by the Rotary Clubs of Camp Crame, New Manila East, QC Big Bike Riders, and Timog-QC, the Vibrant Club Workshop reflected Rotary District 3780’s continuing commitment to developing capable leaders, strengthening clubs, and fostering a culture of collaboration. By equipping members with practical tools, innovative ideas, and meaningful connections, the workshop reaffirmed that vibrant clubs are the foundation for creating lasting impact in communities.
