SERVICE ABOVE SELF

Rotary leaders from across the district gathered at Estancia de Lorenzo, San Mateo, Rizal, for the Presidents-Elect and District Officers Learning Seminars, a significant event designed to prepare future club leaders for the challenges and opportunities of Rotary Year 2026–2027.

The seminar brought together Presidents-Elect and District Officers who are set to take on vital leadership roles in the coming Rotary year. It served as an opportunity to strengthen leadership skills, gain valuable insights, and deepen their understanding of Rotary’s mission of service above self. More importantly, it was a chance for future leaders to connect, collaborate, and share ideas that will help their clubs create meaningful and lasting impact in their communities.

Throughout the event, participants engaged in learning sessions focused on effective leadership, strategic planning, membership growth, community service, and club development. These discussions highlighted the importance of innovation, teamwork, and commitment in achieving Rotary’s goals and expanding its reach.

The gathering was also a celebration of the individuals who have accepted the responsibility of leading their clubs in the year ahead. Their willingness to serve reflects Rotary’s enduring commitment to developing leaders who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.

A special congratulations goes to PE Mhey Aldovino, whose participation in the seminar marks another important step in the journey toward club leadership. As a President-Elect, PE Mhey joins a distinguished group of Rotarians preparing to guide their clubs with vision, integrity, and purpose.

The Rotary community looks forward to the positive change and lasting impact that PE Mhey’s leadership will bring. With the knowledge gained from the seminar and the support of fellow Rotarians, the future is bright for the club and the communities it serves.

As Rotary Year 2026–2027 approaches, the enthusiasm and dedication displayed during the Presidents-Elect and District Officers Learning Seminars serve as a powerful reminder that strong leadership is the foundation of successful service. Together, these future leaders are ready to embrace new opportunities, strengthen their clubs, and continue Rotary’s tradition of transforming lives through service, fellowship, and community engagement.
