SERVICE ABOVE SELF

Rotary District 3780 recently gathered in the cool and inspiring surroundings of Baguio City for the Team ReBuilding Session 2026, an exciting weekend dedicated to reconnecting, recharging, and strengthening the leadership and friendships that power Rotary service.

The event brought together district leaders, club officers, and Rotarians from across the district, creating an opportunity to build stronger relationships and align efforts for the Rotary year ahead. More than just a leadership gathering, the Team ReBuilding Session served as a celebration of fellowship, collaboration, and the shared commitment to making a positive impact in communities.

Throughout the weekend, participants engaged in meaningful discussions, team-building activities, and leadership sessions designed to foster trust, communication, and cooperation. These activities encouraged members to share experiences, exchange ideas, and strengthen the partnerships that are essential to successful service projects and initiatives. The refreshing atmosphere of Baguio City provided the perfect setting for reflection, learning, and renewed inspiration.

One of the most memorable moments of the weekend was a thought-provoking message shared by guest speaker Mr. Nonong Noriega. As District 3780 members begin a new week following the event, many continue to reflect on his simple yet powerful insight:

“While chances come to everyone, it is the choices we make that shape the changes in our lives and in our service.”

The message resonated deeply with participants, reminding them that opportunities are available to many, but true growth and meaningful impact depend on the decisions we make each day. Whether in Rotary leadership, community service, or personal development, it is our choices that determine the difference we can create in the lives of others.

District 3780 extends its heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Nonong Noriega for sharing this valuable perspective with the Rotary family. His words challenged members to be intentional in their actions, courageous in their leadership, and committed to making choices that lead to positive and lasting change.

Beyond the sessions and discussions, the weekend also provided a valuable opportunity for fellowship. Old friendships were renewed, new connections were formed, and the bonds that unite Rotarians were strengthened.

As the Team ReBuilding Session 2026 came to a close, participants left Baguio City energized, inspired, and ready to serve. With strengthened relationships, renewed purpose, and a shared vision for the future, District 3780 looks forward to another year of impactful service, leadership, and meaningful change in the communities it serves.
